SPEAKERS AND TOPICS

Friday 8th

Marketing and Managing your Business

Dawn Keyse runs a successful practice in Derbyshire where she has been based since graduating from the Practical College of Homeopathy in 1995. She jointly owns and manages The Bakewell Natural Therapy Rooms as well as working above a health food shop in Ashbourne.
Dawn would like to share with you the aspects of marketing herself and building up her practice that have worked for her. The techniques are an eclectic mix of trusting in Allah whilst still tethering your camels. The session is intended to be enlightening and entertaining and you will be able to take away some practical tips to try out for yourself. The session will be useful for people working in any field of alternative medicine, as well as the homeopaths.

Saturday 9th

Rubric Differentiation and Gazing into Future Prescriptions                      Mike Bridger

Mike will use the morning session to look at comparative materia medica, reevaluation of psychological states and differentiation of similar but different rubrics. The afternoon session will be treated like a clinic session where students/homeopaths can bring their difficult cases for Mike to evaluate (bring lots of cases as we hope to get through 20 to30). Mike 'Rosie Lee' Bridger will be gazing into the future looking at what remedies might be useful another 6 months down the line. John Jezewski will be assiting with speedy repertorisation using software.

Mike is a renowned lecturer and director of the Contemporary School of Homeopathy.

Sunday 10th

Colour                                Bob Wooler

"Colour to the Soul is like air to the body".
From this statement we can see the extent to which colour can effect us in our daily lives. More and more Homoeopaths are using colour remedies in their practice and recognising the amazing benefits from colour. In this one day workshop, Bob Wooler (A colour Therapist for over 30 years) will cover all aspects of colour, from the colours we wear, the effect of colour on the emotions, simple colour meditations, how to use colour remedies, individual soul and personality colours and their meanings, and much more.

Bob Wooler has a practice in Worcester, and a specialist HIV/AIDS Clinic in Liverpool. He is a Reiki Master and Colour Therapist. He teaches at a number of  Homoeopathic Colleges including CPH & Lakeland College.

Monday 11th

Autistic Spectrum, addiction and ancestral trauma  Elizabeth Adalian

This workshop covers states on the autistic spectrum and their homeopathic treatment, including ADD, autism, dyslexia, OCD/addiction and Schizophrenia.

Elizabeth has worked as a homeopath for over 20 years. She has become increasingly interested in tracing illness back through the generations. She recognises that ancestral trauma is often the key to triggering the states mentioned. She will link the causative factors and the manifestation of dis-ease.
Elizabeth has been a lecturer for many years and has worked with charities in war-torn countries i.e. Croatia and Bosnia.

Tuesday 12th

Birth and Death           Linda Gwillim

'Transformation' - the journey of life and remedies that help at the beginning and end stages.

Linda has been working as a homoeopath for the past 20 years. She now runs a busy practice in Machynlleth, Mid-Wales, where her main focus is on treating infertility, pregnant women, attending the birth (at home or in the local hospital) and then going on to treat the babies and children. She also treats a lot of autistic children. She is the Clinical Director at the Welsh School Of Homoeopathy. She also teaches at various other colleges in the U.K. and Ireland. She is often called upon to give talks about her work, both to homoeopaths and midwives and she has spoken at various homoeopathic conferences, both in Ireland and the U.K.
Linda carried out the proving of Placenta in 2000 and has since written a book about this.

Wednesday 13th (AM)

Alchemy and New Biology           John Jezewski

This session will provide a fascinating incite into the world or Alchemy both historical and present day. The links between alchemy and homeopathy will be explored. The levels of alchemical practise will be explained and related to existing 'praxis' levels in homeopathy. John, through new biology, will explain how alchemical transformation takes place in the body each and every day..

John has been practising homeopathy since graduating in 1996. He combines his practice with emotional release work and pH balance. He is the designer/creator of the best-selling homeopathy software package - Remedy..

Wednesday 13th (PM)

The Periodic Table!                 Geoff Johnson

.

Geoff has been working with the Bombay method for sometime in his busy human/veterinary practice and will share his experiences of the importance of the periodic table!

Thursday 14th

All you ever wanted to know about.........Astrology!    Sue Tompkins

Like homeopathy, astrology comes in for quite a bit of ridicule. Not seeing how either of them can work, critics insist they don't. Whilst Sun sign astrology is at best very limited, real astrology is complex, rich, accurate, and nothing short of mind blowing. Here is your opportunity to find out for yourself, whilst being presented with cases and discovering something of astrology's philosophy, it's many uses and it's relationship to homeopathy.

Those wishing to have their horoscope prepared can email Sue prior to the beginning of the course, giving their date, time and place of birth. Email:

sue@suetompkins.com

Sue Tompkins has been a practising homoeopath for ten years and a consultant astrologer and teacher of astrology for nearly thirty. Founder of the London School of Astrology she is also author of two best-selling books: Aspects in Astrology (1989) and The Contemporary Astrologer's Handbook (2006) For more details go to: www.suetompkins.com

fun filled kidz klub

Each child’s innate qualities and light are encouraged to shine through in an inventive, imaginative and gentle approach. The camp’s ethos is funtastic and embraces music, games, crafts, swimming, karting and more…
